Brisk may collect information when you download and use the mobile application. This can include technical usage information needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service.
The Service Provider may also use information you provide to send important notices, required communications, and marketing communications where permitted by law.
For a better experience, Brisk may request personally identifiable information. Any requested information is retained and used as described in this policy.
- Your device Internet Protocol address
- Pages or areas of the Application you visit, including time, date, and time spent
- Time spent using the Application
- The mobile operating system used by your device
Cookies And Tracking
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential tracking technologies, the Service Provider will request that consent before using them.
Your Privacy Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by the Service Provider. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights.

Third-Party Access
Aggregated and anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and service.
The Service Provider may share information with trusted service providers who work on its behalf, have no independent use of the disclosed information, and have agreed to follow the rules in this privacy policy.
- Disclosure may be required by law, subpoena, or similar legal process.
- Disclosure may occur when the Service Provider believes in good faith that it is necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- Disclosure may occur with trusted providers that support the Application and service.
International Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms and obtain any required consent.

Opt-Out And Deletion
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application.
Uninstalling stops collection from the device, but it does not automatically delete information already transmitted to the Service Provider or third parties.

Retention
The Service Provider retains personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or as required by law. You may request deletion, subject to legal obligations to retain certain information.
- User Provided Data: retained for your use of the Application plus 12 months, unless longer retention is legally required
- Automatically Collected Data: retained up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: retained indefinitely because it no longer identifies you
- Legal compliance data: retained as long as applicable law requires
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law.
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children, market to children, or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personally identifiable information through the Application or services, contact contact@ink-river.com so appropriate action can be taken.
Security And Breach Notice
The Service Provider uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.
If a data breach affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including information about the breach and steps being taken where required.
Changes And Consent
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the updated policy with an effective date.
Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent to material changes before they take effect. Previous versions are available upon request.
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
